Ductless Mini-Splits
Ductless heating and cooling for single rooms, additions and spaces where ductwork is not practical.
Some rooms never feel right. A finished attic, a sunroom, a garage workshop or a new addition often sits at the far end of the ductwork, or has no ductwork at all. A ductless mini-split puts an indoor unit on the wall of that room and connects to a small outdoor unit with a thin line set, so there is no need to open up walls for new ducts. We are a Trane Comfort Specialist and we work specifically with Trane products, so we help you choose a system sized for the space you are trying to fix. Sizing matters. A unit that is too large short-cycles and leaves the room clammy, and one that is too small never catches up on a hot July afternoon. We are a local, family-owned business in Middletown, and we serve homes and commercial spaces. Free estimates are available on installations. Wells Fargo financing is offered if you want to spread out the cost. Call us at 513-423-0162 or use the contact page and we will talk through the room and what you want from it.

Common questions
Where does a ductless mini-split make sense?
They work well in additions, finished attics, sunrooms, garages and older rooms with no ductwork. They are also used in commercial spaces that need separate temperature control.
Do you offer estimates on ductless installations?
Yes. We offer free estimates on installations. Call 513-423-0162 or reach us through the contact page to set one up.
Can a mini-split heat as well as cool?
Yes, a heat pump style mini-split does both. We can go over which setup fits your space and how you plan to use it.
